A Computer Program That Teaches machines to Learn like Us

Researchers from the United States have succeeded in developing a program that can help machine learn like humans. They claimed that the advance in artificial intelligence can even surpass humans. The journal Science has published the machine learning by the researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, New York University and the University of Toronto. They said that the program can learn the handwritten characters quickly in many languages. They said that the new program, Bayesian Program Learning (BPL), is far different from today’s machine learning programs. Neural networks can also be programmed to identify human speech, sense objects in pictures by being exposed to various examples.
