AI System Scores 500 out of 800 On SAT Geometry Questions

It is a possible that highly intelligent computers may take over the world in the future. At the moment people have nothing to fear, because technology is currently too primitive for such science fiction scenarios, but experts say that it is surely headed that way. The Allen Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI2), a research institute funded by Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, stated Monday that it has built a unique system that can solve geometry questions similar to those found in the SAT, a standardized test that is taken by high school students prior to their college admissions.
