Apple Unveils ‘Black’ and ‘Jet Black’ iPhone 7

By Tiernan Ray Calling the iPhone “the best selling product in the history of the world,” Apple (AAPL) CEO Tim Cook, noting that over one billion units had been sold to date, today told those at a press conference in San Francisco that the company will be selling “iPhone 7,” as widely expected. As expected, a new storage configuration offers 256 gigabytes of NAND flash. The iPhone starts at $649 for the smaller 7, and $769 for the larger 7-Plus model. Pre-orders start this Friday, September 9th, for delivery a week later. The companion “iOS 10” will be available September 13th. A pair of companion wireless headphones will cost $$159.
