Two years into its beta form, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has finally announced the commercial roll-out of its machine-centric developer cloud platform called Haven onDemand as a learning-as-a-service offering for emerging developers, startups, and businesses to help them build mobile and enterprise applications.
