How to get happy in a hurry, according to neuroscience

As neuroscientist Shimon Edelman says in, we Americans are the only people on the planet who have the right to chase happiness written right into our foundational political document, the Constitution. But, Edelman notes, “we are not told what to do with it once [we] catch it.” Nor are we told how to catch it.
