Machine Learning Startup Opens in Australia

Palo Alto, CA-based intelligent machine learning startup Adatos has opened an office in Australia, led by former AMAA Chief Executive Paul Dovas as Manager, and David Perez as Director for Australia and New Zealand.Founded last year by former US intelligence analyst Drew Perez, Adatos offers marketers technology to bring together disparate structured and unstructured data sets in order to recognise patterns, extract insights, identify trends and make predictions.Dovas (pictured) joins after a brief period serving as a consultant to the media industry, having previously spent sixteen years at not-for profit industry organisation AMAA (Audited Media Association of Australia), where he was initially Director of Audit Services, and latterly served as CEO.
