MIT algorithm vies with people in human intuition analysis

Intuition is a type of thinking previously thought only to be human, but MIT researchers have designed a new algorithm that can beat us. Computers have always been an excellent tool for helping to crunch big numbers, but usually humans have been better with things like intuition and figuring out which variables are in large amounts of data, as well as in looking for various predictive patterns in the information.
