A Sony artificial-intelligence program might have an idea how much these homes near Tokyo are worth.  Bloomberg News It’s the kind of product you might expect when a maker of electronic gadgets decides to go into real estate: Sony Corp. says it’s using artificial intelligence modeled on the human brain to figure out how much Tokyo-area houses are worth. Sony, known as the maker of videogame machines and television sets, is trying to make its name as a real-estate agent in Japan. It says it aims to offer more transparency in a market where information on property trading is often tightly held.
