As part of an NIH-funded BRAIN Initiative project that includes 10 research groups and 3 technology core facilities on the UC Berkeley campus, this individual will be an integral member of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of neuroscientists, molecular biologists, genomics technologists, mouse geneticists, statisticians and computer scientists to develop and deploy new technologies for creating a taxonomy of cell types in the brain.
