Toyota to bring Artificial Intelligence into Cars by 2021

World No. 1 carmaker Toyota Motor Corp., is aiming to develop driver assistance systems for its cars, which would integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into them and go on to enhance the safety of a vehicle by leaps and bounds. The company has set on to achieve this target in the next five years. In order to display its focus into this important technology of the future, the auto giant also recently established the Toyota Research Institute (TRI), its Research & Development arm, which will specialize and work only in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
