PORTLAND, Ore.—A name well-known in Fortune 500 circles, with customers like Cisco, Bosch and Adobe, machine-learning software company Dato Inc. (Seattle, Wash.) is branching out to the mid-sized and even small-enterprises with graphical user interface (GUI) toolkits and online training to implement machine learning.
