That startup-like mindset was on full display again this week, when Amazon rolled out a video for its first physical grocery store, Amazon Go. While Amazon Go’s cashier-less technology may have grabbed all the headlines, the real surprise is the startup-like approach Amazon is taking with its grocery retail business.
