Heterogeneous Neural Networks Conference Could Prove Fecund for Tech

KnuEdge has set a date for its Heterogeneous Neural Networks Conference with the California Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology (Calit2), and is calling for academics to submit relevant papers. First announced this past summer, the event will essentially cover the cutting edge of machine learning, and will take place at UC San Diego from April 26th to 28th. KnuEdge and Calit2 are now calling for papers on neural network architecture, machine learning models, pattern recognition system, and any other topic that can help to illuminate “the benefits of sparse networks in both application and theory from the computer science, cognitive science, neuroscience, biophysics, natural science and like communities,” according to a statement. The event could prove to be fertile ground for innovation in not only machine learning but other…
