NVIDIA Corporation Fuels Deep Learning With New Tesla GPUs

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) today revealed two new forms of Tesla GPUs that are aimed at artificial intelligence and deep learning methods of computing. Of the latest lineup, the new M4 processor is designed to scale-out architectures within data centers, whereas the larger M40 is geared for optimal performance. The news arrives after the company launched a new range of Tesla cards (M6 and M60), in order to provide a greater focus on VDI and video encoding. The upcoming Tesla lineup is based on Nvidia’s Maxwell architecture and is the successor for the Kepler-based Tesla K40 and K80.
