Thinking Capital, Join Hands to Build First Ever Fintech Chatbot

In a revolutionary initiative, two Canadian startups have come together and launched a fintech chatbot—Lucy—named after the fossil and the 2014 sci-fi movie. Montreal-based Thinking Capital, along with Vancouver-based, built the virtual banking assistant over a period of three months. It is a convenient interface to interact with customers and resolve their entry-level questions. Her machine learning capabilities will build her capability to deliver better responses over time, say the creators. The creators of Lucy proclaimed that such a capable fintech chatbot has been formulated for the first time throughout North America.
