Kirk Gilmour This is the course to prepare you for a 21st century career, says University of Technology Sydney vice-chancellor Attila Brungs, and students can’t get enough of it. He’s talking about the bachelor of creative intelligence and innovation (BCII), a degree UTS introduced three years ago to give students an immersive, transdisciplinary learning experience. This year the university offered only 200 places and was inundated by 3600 applications. Only one in 18 students who wanted to do it were offered a place.
