UT Dell Medical School to establish neuroscience center with M gift

The University of Texas at Austin Dell Medical School will establish a neurology clinic and Houston-based MD Anderson Cancer Center will advance cancer research with a combined gift of $75 million from the Mulva Family Foundation. James and Miriam Mulva, who have consistently supported UT Austin and MD Anderson, gave the gift through the Mulva Family Foundation. Mr. Mulva, a UT Austin alumnus, chairs the MD Anderson board of visitors. He is past chairman and CEO of ConocoPhillips.
